Welcome to Booket. By using our application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Booket's relationship with you in relation to this application.
The Booket app is intended for personal and non-commercial use only. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The app is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use this app.
All content included in this app, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and data compilations, is the property of Booket or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to learn more about how we collect, use, and share your information.
Booket offers various in-app purchases, including an annual subscription. The annual subscription comes with a 7-day free trial period. After the trial period, you will be charged for the subscription unless you cancel before the end of the trial.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Renewal will be charged to your account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by accessing your App Store account settings after purchase.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Booket and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store. By installing the Booket app, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Booket app.
This Agreement is between you and Booket only, and not Apple, Inc. ("Apple"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you. Booket, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Booket app and its content.
Booket may collect and use information about your usage of the Booket app, including certain types of information from and about your device. Booket may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the Booket app.
Booket grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Booket app for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the Booket app on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
By using the Booket app, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 18 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) your use of the Booket app does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the Booket app may be terminated without warning if Booket believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 18 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Content may not be submitted to Booket, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission. Content that is deemed inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or otherwise objectionable will not be posted.
Booket disclaims all warranties about the Booket app to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, Booket, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for such warranty.
Booket does provide minimal maintenance or support for it, with an aim to fix any bugs or issues as quickly as possible. To the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, Booket, not Apple, shall be obligated to furnish any such maintenance or support.
Booket, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the Booket app or use of it, including, but not limited to: (i) any product liability claim; (ii) any claim that the Booket app fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) any claim arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed an admission that you may have such claims.
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall Booket, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the app; (iii) any content obtained from the app; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of your country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
