Personal Use Only: DrawIt is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the app for any unauthorized or illegal purposes.
Age Restriction: Users must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
All content within the app, including but not limited to drawings, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of DrawIt or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

DrawIt offers various in-app purchases, such as premium tools and features. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.
Payment: Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions: Some features may be available through auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions will renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Management: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and DrawIt and governs your use of this app made available through the Apple App Store. By installing DrawIt, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you receive multiple reports for creating or sharing inappropriate drawings (including but not limited to pornography, offensive content, or content in poor taste) or for using an offensive username, DrawIt reserves the right to ban you indefinitely without prior notice.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. DrawIt disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
While DrawIt aims to provide continuous operation of the app, it is not obligated to provide maintenance or support services.
DrawIt, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including but not limited to product liability claims and consumer protection claims.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms.
In no event shall DrawIt or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
